What we do

A simple, guided path to living abroad.

Every country's nomad visa has its own thresholds, documents, and timelines — easy to get wrong. We do this every week, and we're starting with the one we know cold: Malaysia's DE Rantau Pass.

That means you never have to read a government PDF. We check your income and pathway against the official criteria before you commit, assemble and format every document to standard, lodge the application, and stay with it through endorsement, your e-Pass and every renewal after that.

One desk, one checklist, one clear answer at every step — and more country desks to follow.

The process

Three steps. We do the heavy lifting.

[01]

Check if you qualify

We match your profile, income, and pathway against the official criteria — before you spend a cent.

You bring 02

  • Where you work
  • Roughly what you earn

We handle 04

  • Pathway match
  • Income threshold check
  • Nationality rules
  • A straight answer in 24–48 hours

[01]

Specialists, not generalists

We focus on one visa and know it cold.

[02]

Document-first

Most rejections are paperwork problems. We prevent them.

[03]

Transparent fees

You'll always know what's our fee and what's a government cost.

They told me I qualified before I paid anything, then handled the whole document set. I just showed up and landed.

The bond and sponsorship part terrified me. NomadsVisa made it a non-event. Clear fees, one contact throughout.

Six weeks from eligibility check to e-Pass. Everything was formatted exactly how MDEC wanted it.

Not for a new pass. MDEC has temporarily closed new applications during the transition to the Enhanced Framework. First renewals are still being accepted for passes expiring on or before 31 January 2027. We can check your eligibility and prepare your file now so it's ready when new submissions reopen.
From 1 December 2026: USD 36,000/yr for Tech Talent (up from USD 24,000) and USD 60,000/yr for Non-Tech Talent (unchanged). The new figure applies to both new and renewal applications submitted on or after that date.
Under the Enhanced Framework (from 1 December 2026): an initial pass of up to 12 months, plus up to three renewals of up to 12 months each — a maximum of four years in total. Renewal isn't automatic; each one is assessed separately.
You can stay until your current pass expires on its existing conditions. Any renewal submitted from 1 December 2026 is assessed under the new rules — including USD 36,000 for Tech Talent. If you've already used the old 24-month maximum, you can apply for up to two more renewals from 1 December 2026.
